Easter Holiday (April 09 through April 23)……………………….US$ 275.00 per day.

Rates for extended stays (more than 30 days) are negotiable.
Rates include all local and
federal taxes.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% must be
received no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations will be
refunded less 15% if received at least 60 days prior to the projected
arrival date, if the unit is re-rented.
